6. Refund Policy

Participants may request a refund within a limited period after enrollment, provided that no substantial portion of the program has been completed.

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with full name, program name, and proof of payment.

Refunds are not available if:

• A significant part of the program content has been accessed

• Program materials have been downloaded in full

• The request is made after the stated refund period

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

All materials, including text, video, graphics, course content, and branding, are the property of LeaderOneEdu or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.
